Ellen Petersen

Ellen has been studying qigong for over 22 years, with a focus on qigong as a system of healing.  Ellen’s goal is to inspire individuals to gain the skills to take control over their own health by teaching techniques and an attitude of mind that creates a healthy body, mind and spirit.  Ellen offers qigong instruction through private and semi-private sessions, as well as workshops and small class training.   Through intensive training, Ellen learned to perceive qi and to use it to treat individuals through External Qi Healing, to bring balance to the energy system of the body and to start the body’s own healing processes.  Ellen is also a Certified Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner, offering healing techniques using Himalayan singing bowls, bringing the body and mind to deep relaxation.  All good qi!  Read more about Ellen on her website at www.nourishinglifeqigong.com
